All returns are subject to the following conditions:
● Item/s are in original condition, unworn and unwashed
● All tags are still in place and attached
● Item/s have been purchased from callalinashop.com
● Item/s are not marked as final sale
All returned/exchanged items are subject to inspection by our Warehouse Team. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be valid for any return and will be returned to the sender at the customers' expense.
This policy applies to all purchases made online at Shopcallalina.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. All duties, taxes, and return shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Please contact customer service for the return address. We currently only have a return warehouse located in the United States.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases in our sole business discretion.
